本プライバシーポリシーは、HiMemo（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。本アプリは、メモ、添付ファイル、プライベートプロファイル、バックアップおよび同期機能を提供します。
1. 本ポリシーの対象
本ポリシーは、本アプリの利用に伴って端末内、利用者が選択したクラウドサービス、および品質改善のために利用する外部サービスで取り扱われる情報に適用されます。
2. 取得または保存される情報
本アプリは、利用者が入力または選択した以下の情報を端末内に保存することがあります。
- メモ本文、タグ、作成日時、変更日時、ピン留め状態などのメモ情報
- 写真、動画、音声、ファイル、現在地情報など、利用者がメモに添付した情報
- プライベートプロファイル、アプリロック、PIN、復元キーなどのセキュリティ設定
- 表示設定、言語設定、カラーテーマ、フォント設定などのアプリ設定
- 同期先の選択、同期状態、同期エラー、バックアップ履歴などの同期関連情報
3. 端末上の暗号化と保存
本アプリは、メモや添付ファイルを端末上で暗号化して保存するよう設計されています。ただし、端末の状態、OS、バックアップ設定、利用者の操作内容により、OSや外部サービスが別途データやメタデータを保持する場合があります。
暗号化された保存データは、通常のファイル閲覧アプリや他のアプリから直接内容を読むことはできません。内容の確認、削除、エクスポート、復元は、本アプリまたは利用者が選択したクラウドサービスの管理機能を通じて行ってください。
4. クラウド同期とバックアップ
利用者が iCloud または Google Drive などの同期先を有効にした場合、本アプリは同期に必要な暗号化済みデータを、利用者が選択したクラウドサービスへ保存することがあります。これらのクラウドサービスの利用には、各サービス提供者の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
クラウド同期は、利用者の端末と利用者が選択したクラウドサービスとの間で直接行われます。運営者は、同期先のクラウド領域に保存されたメモ本文、添付ファイル、復元キーなどの内容へアクセスできず、第三者へ提供できる形で保持していません。
Google Drive 同期では、Google Drive のアプリ専用領域（app data）へのアクセス権限を要求します。本アプリは、利用者が許可した範囲で、同期データのアップロード、取得、更新のためだけにこの権限を使用します。Google Drive のデータは、広告、分析、トラッキング、販売、または本アプリの同期・バックアップ以外の目的には使用しません。
5. 権限の利用
本アプリは、機能提供のために以下の権限を求める場合があります。
- カメラ: 写真または動画を撮影してメモに添付するため
- マイク: 音声メモを録音するため。録音中は、停止操作を行うまでアプリがバックグラウンドでも録音が継続する場合があります。
- 写真、動画、ファイル: 利用者が選択したメディアやファイルをメモに添付するため
- 位置情報: 利用者が現在地をメモに追加する操作を行った場合に、位置情報や推定住所を添付するため
- 生体認証または端末認証: アプリロックやプライベート領域の保護のため
これらの権限は、利用者が該当機能を利用する場合にのみ使用されます。
6. 外部サービス
本アプリは、以下の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。
- iCloud: 利用者が選択した場合の同期およびバックアップ
- Google Drive: 利用者が選択した場合の同期およびバックアップ
- Firebase Crashlytics: クラッシュ調査および品質改善
- Firebase Performance: 性能の把握および改善
- Google AdMob: 広告が有効なビルドにおける広告配信、表示頻度の調整、不正防止、広告効果測定
- 地図または住所推定サービス: 利用者が現在地を追加または地図を開く場合の地点表示、住所推定
- App Store / Google Play: アプリ配布、更新確認、レビュー導線
これらのサービスには、それぞれの提供者の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
7. 診断、クラッシュ、性能情報
本アプリは、品質改善、クラッシュ調査、性能改善のため、Firebase Crashlytics、Firebase Performance、または同等の仕組みを利用する場合があります。これらにより、端末情報、OSバージョン、アプリバージョン、クラッシュログ、性能指標などが送信されることがあります。メモ本文や添付ファイルの内容を意図的に診断情報として送信することはありません。
8. 第三者提供、販売、広告目的の利用
本アプリのメモ本文、添付ファイル、復元キーなどの内容は端末上で暗号化され、クラウド同期を利用する場合も利用者の端末と選択したクラウドサービスとの間で直接処理されます。運営者はこれらの内容へアクセスできず、第三者へ提供できる形で保持していません。
運営者は、利用者の個人情報、メモ本文、添付ファイル、復元キー、Google Drive データを販売しません。これらの内容データを広告目的のトラッキングや広告配信のために使用することもありません。法令により開示が求められた場合でも、運営者が保持していない内容データを提供することはできません。
広告が有効なビルドでは、本アプリは Google AdMob を使用して広告を表示する場合があります。AdMob は、広告配信、表示頻度の調整、不正防止、レポート、コンプライアンス対応、広告効果測定のために、端末識別子、広告データ、広告との相互作用、IP アドレスに基づくおおよその位置情報、診断情報を処理することがあります。本アプリは非パーソナライズ広告をリクエストし、広告表示に同意が必要な地域では Google の User Messaging Platform による同意フローを使用します。Google の広告技術については Google の広告に関する説明、Google による個人情報の取り扱いについては Google プライバシーポリシー、Google 広告のパーソナライズ設定については Google 広告設定 を確認できます。
9. 保持期間と削除
端末内のメモ、添付ファイル、設定、同期データは、利用者が本アプリ内で削除するか、アプリをアンインストールするまで端末に保持される場合があります。クラウド上の同期データは、本アプリ内の操作または各クラウドサービスの管理画面から削除できる場合があります。
Crashlytics や Performance などの診断情報は、各外部サービスの保持期間および設定に従って保持されます。運営者は暗号化されたメモ内容を保持していないため、個別の内容削除、復号、復旧、サルベージには対応できません。
10. 利用者による管理
利用者は、本アプリ内でメモ、添付ファイル、デモデータ、同期設定、バックアップデータを管理できます。クラウドサービス上のデータは、各クラウドサービスの設定または管理機能からも管理または削除できる場合があります。
11. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。保護者は、端末やクラウドサービスの利用状況を管理してください。
12. 国外移転
クラウド同期、クラッシュ解析、性能解析などの外部サービスを利用する場合、情報が利用者の居住国以外の国または地域で処理されることがあります。
13. 改定
本プライバシーポリシーは、機能追加、法令変更、運用変更に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合、本ページまたはアプリ内で通知します。

This Privacy Policy explains how HiMemo (the "App") handles user information. The App provides note taking, attachments, private profiles, backup, and sync features.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to information handled on your device, in the cloud service you choose, and by external services used for quality improvement when you use the App.
2. Information Stored by the App
The App may store the following information on your device:
- Note text, tags, creation dates, modification dates, and pinned status
- Photos, videos, audio, files, and location information that you attach to notes
- Private profile settings, app lock settings, PINs, and recovery keys
- Display, language, color theme, and font preferences
- Sync target selections, sync status, sync errors, and backup history
3. On-Device Encryption and Storage
The App is designed to encrypt notes and attachments before storing them on your device. Depending on your operating system, device state, backup settings, and actions, the OS or third-party services may store additional copies or metadata.
Because the App's stored data is encrypted, ordinary file browser apps and other apps cannot directly read its contents. Please use the App, or the management tools provided by your selected cloud service, to review, delete, export, or restore data.
4. Cloud Sync and Backup
If you enable a sync target such as iCloud or Google Drive, the App may store encrypted sync data in the cloud service you select. Your use of those cloud services is governed by the applicable provider's terms and privacy policy.
Cloud sync is performed directly between your device and the cloud service you select. The operator of the App cannot access the contents of your note text, attachments, recovery keys, or other encrypted data stored in your cloud account.
For Google Drive sync, the App requests access to the app-data area of your Google Drive. The App uses that access only to upload, retrieve, and update sync data within the scope you authorize. Google Drive data is not used for advertising, analytics, tracking, sale, or any purpose other than App sync and backup.
5. Permissions
The App may request permissions for the following purposes:
- Camera: to capture photos or videos and attach them to notes
- Microphone: to record audio notes. While recording, audio capture may continue in the background until you stop recording.
- Photos, videos, and files: to attach media or files you select
- Location: to attach your current location or estimated address when you choose that action
- Biometric or device authentication: to protect app access and private areas
These permissions are used only when you use the related features.
6. External Services
The App may use the following external services:
- iCloud: sync and backup when selected by the user
- Google Drive: sync and backup when selected by the user
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash investigation and quality improvement
- Firebase Performance: performance monitoring and improvement
- Google AdMob: ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and ad measurement when ads are enabled
- Map or address lookup services: map display and estimated address lookup when you add or open a location
- App Store / Google Play: app distribution, update checks, and review flows
Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Diagnostics, Crash, and Performance Data
The App may use Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance, or similar services to improve quality, investigate crashes, and improve performance. These services may collect device information, OS version, app version, crash logs, and performance metrics. The App does not intentionally send note text or attachment contents as diagnostics data.
8. Third-Party Disclosure, Sale, and Advertising Use
Note text, attachments, recovery keys, and similar contents are encrypted on your device. When cloud sync is used, they are handled directly between your device and the cloud service you choose. The App operator cannot access those contents and does not hold them in a form that can be provided to third parties.
The operator does not sell personal information, note contents, attachments, recovery keys, or Google Drive data. Those contents are not used for advertising tracking or ad delivery. Even if disclosure is requested by law, the operator cannot provide content data that it does not hold.
In builds where ads are enabled, the App may use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may process device identifiers, advertising data, ad interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostics for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, reporting, compliance, and measurement. The App requests non-personalized ads and uses Google's User Messaging Platform consent flow in regions where advertising consent is required. 9. Retention and Deletion
Notes, attachments, settings, and sync data on your device may remain until you delete them in the App or uninstall the App. Cloud sync data may be deletable through the App or through the management tools of the relevant cloud provider.
Diagnostic data such as Crashlytics and Performance data is retained according to the settings and retention periods of those external services. Because the operator does not hold encrypted note contents, the operator cannot individually delete, decrypt, recover, or salvage such contents.
10. User Controls
You can manage notes, attachments, demo data, sync settings, and backup data in the App. Cloud data may also be manageable or deletable through the settings or management tools of the relevant cloud provider.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians should manage device and cloud account usage as appropriate.
12. International Processing
When you use cloud sync, crash reporting, performance monitoring, or similar services, information may be processed in countries or regions outside your country of residence.
13. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational changes. Significant changes will be posted on this page or communicated in the App.
